Ruff Restoration & Excavation was established in April, 2019 by Ryan R. Ruff.  Ryan has several years of experience in the restoration, excavation and directional drilling industries.  Ryan is a young, energetic, innovative self-starter with an incredible work ethic and in June, 2019, he decided to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and begin working for himself.

Ruff Restoration & Excavation LLC is a small independent business that started with one location in St. Johns, Michigan.  In 2021, we expanded and added another operating location in Fowlerville, Michigan.  Our locations enable us to easily travel throughout Michigan's lower peninsula.  We subcontract with large corporations as well as  provide services to residential customers.  While we are a small company, we are big on quality workmanship and detail.  We pride ourselves on high-quality customer-service with competitive rates. 

At Ruff Restoration, we can handle everything from pit digging, open trenching, horizontal direction drilling and plowing to complete hard and soft surface restoration, so we can see a project through from beginning to completion.  We also provide 24-hour emergency utility repair services. We work year-round doing directional boring, so important projects are not put on hold throughout the winter months. Our 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability enables projects to be completed with minimal interference to daily schedules.

Furthermore, we own our trucks and equipment, so our fleet is always ready and available when work calls. Whether you have a small project and just need to get under a driveway or have a larger-scale project, we have the resources and experience to get it done for you.
