GIVING BACK

Rooted in St. Johns. Committed to Our Community.

At Ruff Restoration & Excavation, our commitment extends far beyond the work we do in the field. St. Johns isn't just where our business is located—it's home.

Our owner, Ryan Ruff, was born and raised in St. Johns and is proud graduate of St. Johns High School. The values that shaped him growing up in this community continue to guide our company today: hard work, integrity, respect, and the importance of lending a hand whenever possible. As a locally owned and operated business, we take great pride in serving the people and communities that have supported us from the very beginning.

We believe that a successful business has a responsibility to give back. That's why we are proud to invest in the future of our community through the "Doing the Dirty Work with Distinction!" Scholarship, which supports St. Johns High School seniors who choose to pursue careers in the skilled trades and vocational professions. The trades are essential to building strong communities, and we are honored to encourage the next generation of hardworking individuals as they begin their careers.

Lending a hand

Our commitment to serving others also extends to local churches, community organizations, and charitable projects. Whenever possible, we donate our time, equipment, and services to help improve facilities, support community initiatives, and assist organizations that make a positive impact throughout the area. We believe that giving back is more than a responsibility—it's a privilege.

At Ruff Restoration & Excavation, we aren't simply working in this community—we're part of it. Every project we complete, every partnership we build, and every opportunity we have to serve is another way we can help strengthen the place we've always been proud to call home.

Thank you to our customers, neighbors, and community for your continues trust and support. We look forward to serving St. Johns and communities across Michigan for many years to come.
